Tape That Outlasts
It works because it sticks. TheraBand’s Kinesiology Tape uses Cramer Sports Medicine’s best-in-class adhesion–so you can be sure that the tape will stick, provide durable support, and stay stuck for up to five days, longer than the leading competitors.
Say goodbye to runaway tape rolls with the TheraBand hassle-free tape dispenser that latches shut, provides an axle for unrolling and rerolling, and features a cut notch for precut rolls.
Color and Size Options
TheraBand Kinesiology Tape comes in eight designs, from subtle to bold, so there’s a design just right for everyone. Tape sizing options include bulk, pre-cut, and single continuous rolls to let you choose the shape that best fits your needs.
XactStretch Technology features unique guide indicators to allow users to get the right stretch every time. This helps eliminate misapplication, so experts and beginners can apply with confidence and eliminate inconsistent results. Whether your goal is to support muscles and joints or provide pain relief, you’ll get the results you want without wasting a lot of tape in the process!
How to Apply
Break paper through tape and peel away backing without touching the adhesive.
Stretch the tape across the injured area, using the guidance of the small equilateral hexagons for a 25% stretch or the large equilateral hexagons for a 50% stretch. Stretch to 25% for an acute condition to lift the skin and remove excessive fluids. Stretch to 50% for subacute care to create normotensive patterns in muscles. Always apply the last 1-2 inches of tape without any stretch. Do not overstretch tape.
After applying, rub the tape toward each end to further activate the adhesive.
